The Consultation
You’ll want to feel completely confident that, when you walk into your wedding venue and see it dressed with flowers, you will beam with happiness. This begins with a consultation. We’ll meet up over a tea or coffee and have a chat about your ideas.
Together we’ll discuss your style, your colours, your favourite blooms and the impression you’d like your flowers to create on the day. If time and distance are a challenge, we can also do this over the phone or via a video meeting. Either way, from this moment on, I’m on hand to advise, guide and support you whenever you need it.

The Proposal
After our chat, I will collate our ideas into a bespoke proposal for your wedding flowers. This will include a mood board, sample images and our initial floral designs. From here we can work together to develop and refine the proposal until it matches exactly what you hope for in terms of style and budget.
When you’re happy with the designs, you can reserve your wedding date in my diary with a non-refundable booking fee of £150. This is deducted from your final balance and does not prevent you from making changes as your plans progress. Your final balance will be due 14 days before your wedding date and I will send you a gentle reminder of this beforehand.

The Approach
As your wedding day approaches, I will be in touch to finalise your designs and to answer any questions you may have.
It’s at this point that I’ll confirm all the logistical arrangements such as delivery, set-up and clear down. I deliver to venues across most of Cumbria and the North East of England and will deliver and set up your flowers at a time that suits both you and your venue.
Once the celebrations are over, I will return to collect all vases and vessels and to clear away any floral arrangements that you do not wish to keep. Where preferred, customer collection of smaller items, such as bouquets and buttonholes, can be arranged from my studio in Alston.

The Big Day
On your wedding day, please be assured that while you are preparing to say your vows I will be placing the finishing touches to your flowers and styling your venue exactly as you imagined. I will hand deliver your bouquet, wish you all the very best for your marriage and, where appropriate, be on hand throughout the service to relocate any arrangements required for the reception.
